Military Sculptures and Statues
Terrance Patterson served in the military and was assigned to Korea just after World War II. His military experience lead him to design intricately detailed statues of soldiers, including those from the Revolutionary War, World War I, World War II, Korea, Vietnam, as well as recent wars. Over the years some of the statue’s uniforms, weaponry and accessories have been updated to reflect modern changes. When such changes are necessary, the gallery creates a statue from an old mold, sculpts the changes onto it, then uses it to make a new mold.
